Alexander DiFrancesco Obituary (1920 - 2007)

“Alex” Alexander DiFrancesco was born Nov. 5, 1920 in Philadelphia, PA and was raised in Miami, FL as the only child of Morris and Carmella DiFrancesco. He passed peacefully into the arms of his Heavenly Father on Dec. 23, 2007 at the home of his son in Kooskia, ID. Aeronautics was his passion—including flying, carving propellers and building airplanes. He was a master carpenter, and an example of hard work and integrity to all who knew him. He is survived by his loving wife, Ruth; children, David (Marilyn), Marc (Karen), Candace (James), Paul (Moana), Dallas (Sallie) and Darian; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Dec. 29, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Cottonwood 2nd Ward, 5165 S. Highland Dr., Salt Lake City, UT, under the direction of Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary. The family will receive condolences one hour prior to the service.
