Ann Taylor Hughes Obituary (1935 - 2014)

Ann joined her husband, her loving daughter, and her long-time friend Jean on April 24, 2014. Born in Preston Idaho to Eldon and Eva Taylor, she married the love of her life, James Hughes on February 27, 1954. She spent her life devoted to him and her family. Ann was first and always the best mother to her three sons, Ron (Tama), Kevin, Randy (Karen), and her late daughter Kathi (Scott). She was best friend to everyone she knew, listening, and helping to melt their problems away. She was blessed with sincere and innocent thoughts, and a caring approach to relationships. She loved her independence, to read and garden, and longs talks with her dearest friends and family. Ann is survived by her three sons, her sister Leola (James) Brown, and her brothers Harlen (Jan) Taylor, Joe Taylor, eight grandchildren, and ten great-grandchildren. She was preceded by her husband James, and her daughter, Kathi Hughes Hardt, Our sincerest thanks go out to the members of Hospice for Utah, and the staff of Jenkins-Soffe for their caring support.
