Arthur Hyrum Mineer Obituary (1917 - 2008)

Arthur Hyrum Mineer, 90, passed away November 27, 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. He was born on December 5, 1917 in Midvale, Utah to Alma Ambrose and Karin Olson Mineer. He married Carma Allen on Septmeber 17, 1941. Carma passed away on November 4, 2008. Arthur was a veteran of WWII and a member of the LDS Church. He worked as a supervisor for EMICO. He is survived by his children, Marolynn (Paul) Griffin, Barbara (Clark) Butler, Karen (Leigh) Kilpack, Susan (Kelly) Goodsell, 25 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, sister Frances Mazzie and sister-in-law Dorthy Mineer. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at the Winder 3rd Ward, 1250 East 4550 South with a viewing one hour prior to services and on Sunday, November 30, from 5-7 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray. Interment Midvale City Cemetery.
