Carma Gerber Ormsby Obituary (1927 - 2017)

Carma Gerber Ormsby, 90, passed away January 24, 2017. Carma was born January 13, 1927 to Mary Ann Horrocks Gerber and John Wendell Gerber in the home of her grandfather, Roger Horrocks, in Neola, Utah. She was sealed to her husband, Floyd L. Ormsby, in the Salt Lake Temple on December 13, 1963. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd, and her daughter, Suzanne (Susan) Adamson. She is survived by her son, Kenneth John Donleavy (Dorothy); grandchildren and great grandchildren; her sisters, Betty Jean (Ron) and Joan (Warren); her son-in-law, Ted Adamson; and many nieces and nephews who were very close to her. A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray, Utah. Family and friends may visit one hour before the service from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Interment will be at the Murray City Cemetery, 5490 South Vine Street, Murray, Utah.
