Chad Wesley Metters Obituary (1966 - 2009)

“In Loving Memory” Chad Wesley Metters – Father, Brother, Son, passed away October 7, 2009. Chad was born April 29, 1966, the eldest of four children of John H. and Dianne L. Metters. Chad’s biggest love was watching his two boys playing sports, the outdoors, golfing, fishing and camping and family was very important to Chad. He is survived by Shannon, his former wife; daughter, Tia; sons, Nicolas and Dylan; his father, John H (Julee); sister, Michelle Dobson (Chris); brother, Matthew (Nicole); step sister, Sydni Peterson; grandmother, Helen Erickson; and many nieces and nephews all in Utah. Preceded in death by his brother Shane, Mother Dianne and grandparents. He loved to play with the nieces and nephews—they all loved him. By occupation Chad was a master jeweler, in life he was a jewel in all of the lives he touched, he will be missed. Memorial Services will be Saturday, October 10, 2009 at 2 p.m.at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, where friends and family are invited to a viewing Friday evening, October 9, 2009 from 6-8 p.m.. Inurnment: Elysian Burial Gardens.
