Courtney Dean Wright Obituary (1982 - 2006)

Courtney Dean Wright of South Jordan, Utah was born April 7, 1982 in Boise, Idaho. He was an energetic and jovial spirit who lived life at full throttle and loved everyone unconditionally, especially children, often with bone-crushing bear hugs. He loved cars, boats, jet skis, four wheelers and anything else with power. He was a finish carpenter by trade and participated in the construction of many beautiful buildings, including several LDS temples. Courtney passed away on May 2, 2006 at the age of 24 as the result of a fall from a nine-story building in Alexandria, Virginia. He was preceded in death by a sister (Janet) & two brothers (Tracy Jr. and Glenn). He is survived by his parents (Tracy & Janet Wright), 5 brothers (Kevin, Spencer, Vaughn, Forrest & Brad) & 2 sisters (Julie & Ginny). Viewing services are Fri. May 5, 2006, 7-9 p.m. and Sat. May 6, 2006, 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 So.), South Jordan. Funeral services will follow at 2 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Courtney D. Wright account at Wells Fargo Bank.
