Deborah "Debi" May Rand Obituary (1971 - 2009)

Deborah May Rand, “Debi”, 38 of SLC, died July 9, 2009 following a sudden illness. She was born Jan. 21, 1971 in Denver, CO. Debi grew up in SLC, graduating from West High School in 1989. She graduated cosmetology school in Keene, NH in 1997 as an instructor. Survivors include her parents, Clayton C. and Joyce M. Rand; brother, Kevin and wife, Deirdre Rand of Lehi; her children, Breanna Rand and Nathan Arballo of SLC; niece, Rachel Rand; grandmother, Eleanor McDonough of Dover, NH; several aunts, uncles, cousins; and friend, Al Arballo. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Debi Rand at any Wells Fargo Bank. The Celebration of Debi’s Life will be Monday, July 13, 2009 at 4:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street, where family and friends may call from 2:00-3:45 p.m.
