Eric Taylor Eustance Obituary (1961 - 2018)

Beloved father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and dear friend passed away July 16, 2018. Eric was born July 1, 1961 to Jackie and Doran Eustance. He is survived by his daughter, McKenzie Lynn Macfarlane; granddaughter, Oakley Lenice Macfarlane; brother, Erin Eustance; and nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his mother, Jackie Eustance; father, Doran Eustance; sister, Emily Olson, and nephew, Brandon Long. Eric was a lifelong resident of Murray, Utah. His skills and abilities were only surpassed by his passion for the outdoors. He loved people and loved to help others. Eric was an outgoing and social person, who loved to meet new people. He was without a doubt the one everyone remembered at parties and social events. “Papa” was Oakley’s hero and could fix anything. Eric touched the lives of countless people. He was loved dearly by all of his co-workers at Serta Mattress. His passion for having fun and “cutting loose” was contagious. Eric’s passing will no doubt impact everyone he came in contact with and will leave a void in the lives of those who knew and loved him. We love you, we miss you….”Papa, I love you!” There will be a Celebration of life held on Wednesday, July 25, 2018, from 5:00-8:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home, 4760 South State Street, Murray, Utah.
