Guy Morgan Miller Obituary (1941 - 2014)

1941-2014 Guy Morgan Miller passed away on May 23, 2014. He was born on September 13, 1941 to Harrison Morgan Miller and Bessie Dennison in Salina, Utah. He married Merry Lee Wilson and was blessed with two daughters; Shauna and Corinna, they were later divorced. He married LaDean (Lou) Carrigan and was blessed with two additional daughters; Tracy and Terrie. Guy was a Barber for 53 years, he truly loved his job while talking and telling jokes with his customers. He took the saying, "customers are always right" to a whole new level. He was always happy when he was teasing someone. Guy loved spending time with his family and especially his grandkids. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and camping. Guy is survived by his wife, LaDean; Shauna (Jay) Carlton, West Valley City, Corinna (Troy) Belliston, Magna, Tracy Jones (Randy Phillips), West Jordan, Terrie (Joe) Street, Copperton; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Jackie (Reg) Thorpe, Provo; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Glen Miller and grandson, Jayson Carlton. Funeral services will be on Thursday, May 29, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. at Riverbend Ward, 895 W. 4800 South. Viewings will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2014, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, and from 9:00-9:45 a.m. at the church prior to services.
