Henry G. Salazar Obituary (1950 - 2015)

12/26/50 – 11/2/15 Henry passed away due to complications of surgery. He was born in Taos, New Mexico. He married Eva Woodward in 1969 and they had four children; Shalene Canchola, John Salazar, Stephen Salazar, and Joannah Walker. A memorial service will be held on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015 at the City of Holladay Building on 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah. Visitors may pay respects between 11:00 am to noon and the service will begin at noon. More details of his life will be shared at that time. He will be missed.
