Isaac Manykham Obituary (2003 - 2019)

Because I was smiling.” ― Paul Walker It is with sad regret and devastation that our family is announcing the loss of our beloved son, grandson, nephew, brother, cousin, and friend, Isaac Anuwat Manykham. Isaac was born on Friday, November 14th, 2003 at 5:56 am at Jordan Valley Hospital, West Jordan, UT to Vilaysack (Noy) & Thana (Bong) Manykham. He tipped the scale at 7 lbs 2.6 oz. and measured 18 ½ inches long, making him a heavyweight contender of the hour. Isaac was the first-born son and oldest child to Noy and Bong. He was spoiled beyond words as he spent the first 3 ½ years of his life running a solo show before being graced with a little brother and 2 years later, a sister. Wherever Isaac was, there was always laughter and joy; he brought a light with him so bright that could lift your spirits to the end of time, and we will spend the remainder of our days always loving and missing him. Our world is darker and shattered, we will never know or understand why, that at the age of 15 his life ended in this tragedy. He took a piece of each of us with him and while we know we must live on with his loving memory, it does not make this any less the worst unimaginable pain we’ve suffered. Isaac is survived by his Parents; Vilay and Thana, younger brother; Austin, and baby sister Norah. He will be missed by all he has touched, and we invite you to please come celebrate his life with our family. A public viewing will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Saturday, August 24th at Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Home at 1007 W South Jordan Parkway South Jordan, UT 84095, with Funeral Service following the next day, Sunday, August 25th from 1 pm to 4 pm.
