Jamie Lynn Vance Obituary (1985 - 2006)

Jamie Lynn Vance was born May 28, 1985 to Nancy Lynn Vance and Chris K. Vance in Salt Lake City, Utah. She graduated from Valley High School and was attending the François D Hair Academy. She worked at Lason in Salt Lake City, also ACS. Jamie loved her two dogs, Cole and Lexie. She enjoyed spending time outdoors and being with her friends and family. “My daughter, my friend, you will always be missed. We love you so much. I’m glad you are at peace now, my precious, precious daughter.” Jamie is survived by her mother, father, brother: Bob (Rachel) Horsley, grandmothers: Wilma Kummer and Joyce Vance, and friends, Josh and Justine and many others who loved her. Preceded in death by grandfathers: R. Lamar Kummer and Terrell Vance. We express our thanks to the West Jordan Police Department, especially Det. Randy Anglesey, Diane Greaves, Cecilia Budd, and all of those who have expressed your thoughts and prayers to our family. Funeral Services will be held Saturday October 7, 2006 at 11:00 am at the Fontaine Claire Ward Chapel at 1465 West 8440 South with a viewing from 9:00 to 10:45 prior to the service at the church. Interment Cleveland City Cemetery.
