Janet Marie Liljevall (Wall) Valenzuela Obituary (1936 - 2012)

Wife, Mother, Grandmother, FriendJanet Valenzuela passed away Thanksgiving morning Nov. 22, 2012. Born Jan. 24, 1936 in Murray, Utah to Erik and Mimi Liljevall (Wall). Married Rueben Valenzuela Sept. 8, 1956 and enjoyed 52 years with him. They were later sealed together in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Janet was first and foremost a loving Wife and Mother, she worked as a book-keeper and was a successful real-estate agent. Mom was a friend to many, loved animals and had a sweet tooth that only a Diabetic could truly appreciate.Survived by children Marc (Janice), JaNae (Mike) Christiansen, Kelly Butler, Scott (Charmaine), Cathy (Brian) O’Very, Karen Young, Linda (Jesse) Edwards, Sisters; Laura Gillespie, Violet Smith, numerous grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Also known to many as Aunt Janet. Preceded in death by husband, parents, brother Eric, sisters Ruby, Ruth, Alta.Funeral services will be held Saturday Dec. 1, 2012 at 11:00 am at the River 9th Ward 1080 W. Chapel Ridge Drive (11490 S) South Jordan. Friends and family may call Friday from 6-8 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W. So. Jordan Pkwy (10600 S) and 1 hour prior to the services at the church. Interment Larkin Sunset Gardens.
