Kendal Dee Cloward Obituary (1938 - 2014)

Kendal D. Cloward "Pops", 76 passed away August 24, 2014 at his home after a long battle with Alzheimers. He was born in Salina, Utah on November 22, 1938. Kendal married the love of his life, Shirlene Taylor, on October 31, 1958. They became proud parents of 4 children. He is survived by his loving wife Shirlene, four children, Kenalee (Randy) Mead, Kaylene (Gerry) Pinder, Karl (Lynnette) Cloward & Barry (Karrie) Cloward, 8 grandchildren, Brett Gardner, Matthew, Patrick & Brett Pinder, Kendal, Kade & Kendzee CLoward, and 4 great-grandchildren Brayden, Kaitlyn, Ashlyn & Paisley Gardner. Emily Thorne, Aly & Mason Gallard, brother Rodney (Floris) Cloward, sister Irene (Bartley) Curtis. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Alice Cloward and brother Vernon Cloward. He was a loving, caring and very special person. He loved his family more than anything in the world and lived a life of service to them. He left behind family and friends that loved him dearly. RIP Pops - Gone Fishing! A viewing will be held Wednesday August 27, 2014 from 6-8:00 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 So.) Funeral Services will be held Friday August 29, 2014 at 11:00 am with a viewing from 10-10:45 at the same location. Interment will follow at Redwood Memorial Estates.
