Khai Lee Meunrath Obituary (1985 - 2015)

Khai Lee Meunrath, passed away 6:20 p.m. on September 4, 2015 at his home in West Valley City, Utah. Khai was born, March 18, 1985 in Salt Lake City, Utah to his parents Phoungeun Tok Meunrath (Father) and Kerry Li Torres (Ricksecker) (Mother). He lived his whole life in West Valley and Salt Lake City, Utah. Khai was a very devoted, loving and caring father. He unconditionally loved all his family and friends and was devoted and loyal to all of them. He was an energetic and outgoing person that made friends with most everyone he met. He was REAL! Khai is survived by his parents Tok Meunrath, and Kerry Torres, his children Khai, Ryan, Haylee, and Gary Meunrath; his siblings Brian, Jessica, Tiah, and many other extended family and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Khai Meunrath and Grandmother Eunice Ricksecker. The scheduled Ceremonies are as follows: There will be a traditional Laos 7 day celebration of his life at his father's home (3685 West 3900 South, West Valley City, UT 84120). This event will be held from Sunday, September 5th to Saturday, September 12 all day, every day. Anyone who knew Khai is welcome. There will be food and drink. The viewing is on Friday, September 11, 2015 from 3:00pm-7:00pm and the funeral will be held on Saturday, September 12th 2015 from 2:00-5:00 at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley Funeral Chapel & Cremation Center at 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 South), South Jordan, Utah 84095. A wake Khai's style will be held at his father's home at 3685 West 3900 South, West Valley City on Saturday, September 12th, at 7:30 P.M.
