Linda K. Borg Sundberg Obituary (1938 - 2007)

Linda was born in Salt Lake City to Paul LeRoy & Ivah Nell Holsten Borg. She passed away peacefully Thursday evening due to complications from surgery. Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and dear friend was loved by all who knew her. Linda loved going to our getaway in Mesquite and our camping spot in Fairview. She had eight close friends from High School who remained a tight knit group for 50 years! Linda went through life with a contagious smile on her face and a positive attitude in spite of her numerous health issues. She is survived by Max Evans (divorced) and by her loving husband, Richard; brothers, Kenneth Borg (Karen), and Dale Borg; sons, Rick Evans (Terrie), and Bret Evans (Kayleen); daughters, Nancy Sundberg, Connie Salemi and Lori Hoene, nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren. The family would like to express thanks to the U of U Hospital Neuro Critical Care Unit staff and doctors for their relentless efforts. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary (4760 So. State Street, Murray) where friends and family may call from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, April 9, 2007 and from 11 – 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday. Interment at Murray City Cemetery.
