To view a video tribute for Marsha Stocking Galloway, please click here. “Loving Wife, Mother and Sister” Marsha Stocking Galloway passed away suddenly Saturday August 19, 2006 in her home in West Jordan. Marsha was born June 26, 1945 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Russell and Eva Cooley Stocking. She married Samuel L Galloway in the Salt Lake Temple August, 13, 1973. She is survived by her sons Gregory L Galloway West Jordan and Nathan T Galloway West Jordan her loving husband and her sister Carol (Roy) White . She was preceded in death by her brother Lynn Stocking and her parents. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, serving in various callings. She loved the many years spent as 11 year old scout leader with the Boy Scouts America shaping the lives of many. She loved music spent time playing the piano and organ and belonged to numerous choirs. She spent time volunteering in many community positions. Funeral Service will be held Friday, August 25, 2006 at 11 AM at River Oaks Stake Center located 8950 S 1300 W West Jordan UT. Friends may call at the Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W South Jordan Pkwy. (10600 S) South Jordan UT, from 6-8 PM Thursday August 24, 2006 and 10–10:45 at the church prior to services. Interment at South Jordan City Cemetery.
