Owen Evans Obituary (1919 - 2016)

3/30/1919 ~ 4/13/2016 Owen was born and grew up in Kamas. He was the son of Ed and Olive Evans. He served in the Army during WWII. When he returned home, he married his wife, Beulah. Throughout his life, he worked hard to provide for his family. He worked in the mines at Cudahy, and at Jordan Meat Companies, and the Salt Lake School Board. He enjoyed life. His many nieces and nephews especially remember happy times with him making them laugh. He had a special love for horses. He is survived by daughter, Suzanne. Graveside services will be held Monday, April 18, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Midway Cemetery, 500 S. 700 W., Midway, UT. Special thanks to the folks at Heartwood Hospice for their kindness and caring.
