Phyllis Dillon Meik Obituary (1920 - 2006)

“A Wonderful Lady” Phyllis D. Meik passed away April 24, 2006. Born to John Mercer Dillon and Celia Harriet Northey June 3, 1920. Married Ralph F. Meik August 15, 1941. Ralph preceded her in death in 1993. Mom and Dad were avid golfers and enjoyed playing cards with their many friends. Survived by 2 sons, David S. Meik (Dolores) Burlington, WA, and John Randall Meik (Peggy), Salt Lake City, UT; 6 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren. At mom’s request, there will be no services. A special thanks goes to the caring, compassionate staffs at Highland Cove Assisted Living and Highland Cove Care Center. Also to Shay and Denise of Legacy Hospice. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Utah Humane Society or Parkinson Disease Research. Interment will be at Salt Lake City Cemetery.
