Richard Nephi "Dick" Gunderson Obituary (1944 - 2015)

5/9/1944 – 7/8/2015 Richard was born in Dragerton, UT to Nephi L. and Eileen M. Doyle Gunderson. He passed away in Murray, UT from cancer. Richard married his sweetheart, Sandra Clayton, in Salt Lake City on December 17, 1988. Richard was an excellent athlete. He enjoyed golfing, spending time in his yard and vegetable garden. He graduated from USU and worked for Wells Fargo Bank until his retirement. Survived by his wife of 26 ½ years, Sandra; two sons, Eric John and Richard Ian; previous wife, Marie; three brothers, Raymond (Edie), Terry (Dana) and James (Marlene). Preceded in death by two sisters, Janet (Joe) Ninnis, GeriAnn Gunderson; and his parents. The family would like to thank the physicians and nursing staff at Intermountain Medical Center for their compassion and care.
