Rosalie Ann Shields Malone Obituary (1954 - 2016)

When God created angels he named one Rose. On May 10, 2016 she earned her wings and peacefully returned to our Father in Heaven's arms after a valiant 7 year fight with End Stage Renal Disease. Right until the end, what mattered most to Rose was the well being of others. She had a big heart and room enough for everyone. Born April 21, 1954, she lived her life as a daughter, friend, sister, wife, aunt, mother, and grandmother to the best of her abilities and beyond. She married her sweetheart, Michael on May 1, 1971 and has shared 45 wonderful years with him. Until we see her again, she will be greatly missed by her loving and devoted husband Michael, their children, Stacey (Richard), Michael (Rebecca), grandchildren, Nicholas, Sadie, Carson, Jayden, Kaylee, and Dixie, and many more close family. While now free from these earthly struggles and constraints she will always be with us in our hearts wherever we go. Viewing will be held Friday, May 13, 2016 from 6-8 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 So.) South Jordan. Visitation and Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 14th at the same location, with Visitation from 11:00 am – 12:00pm. Funeral Services will begin at 12:00 noon.
