Rusti Lyn Bundy Obituary (2005 - 2013)

Our much beloved daughter, Rusti Lyn Bundy, returned to heaven Friday, July 19th, 2013. Her joyful and innocent spirit inspired love in all who met her. She returned to her Heavenly home as pure and valiant as the blessed day she was welcomed to this world. She understood love better than any and gave it unconditionally to all. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her especially by her parents Isaac and Allison Bundy and grandparents John and Willa Bundy and Richard and Alicia Brady. Rusti Lyn our hearts can hardly bear the wait until we see you again. Rusti passed through a lot of trials in this life. Her life truly reflected that of the Savior. She passed through her trials without complaint, suffering much discomfort and frustration just as her older brother Jesus. She went through a lot of bumps and bruises and often times she would want to tell us something and could not. We don't know anyone that was a brave as Rusti. She is now free from these afflictions and waiting to tell us all about it when it is our turn to pass over. All of our memories of Rusti were tender. She would give you a giant hug every time she saw you. She loved music; especially when children sang. She loved little babies and would often struggle to reach them to hug them and to kiss them. She loved her big brother Jonathan and her little sisters Sarah and Calista. She had a smile that would melt your heart no matter how you were feeling. You could feel the Savior's love for her every time you prayed with her. She was a night owl and would often stay up all night and sleep most of the day. She loved the bus coming for her in the morning and would often wait at the door with her backpack on even if she wasn't dressed. She forgave easily and would give you a hug and a kiss even if you didn't understand what she wanted. She would bounce on the couch and could be playful and mischievous. In the middle of the night she would be wide awake wanting to play with you. She would cry with you even if she didn't know why you were crying. She had an unconditional love for everyone. Rusti was the most loving and pure individual you would ever meet. She loved everyone and you could see the Savior's eyes in hers. There was never a person that she met that she didn't have a Christ-like love for. She shared this love with everyone she met in life and we are sure she is sharing this love still. We know she is with her Heavenly Father in paradise. Funeral Services will be held Thursday July 25th at 11:30 am at the Prairie 8th Ward Chapel located at 7337 So. Grizzly Way in West Jordan.
