Shelley M. O'Toole Nicholas Obituary (1963 - 2012)

Our beautiful and loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 23, 2012. She will be greeted in heaven by her son, Brandon Nicholas and grandparents.Shelley loved to play pool, fish, draw and most of all being a Grandma. Her amazing personality and sweet smile will be greatly missed by everyone.Shelley is survived by her parents, John and Linda O’Toole; her children, Tiffany Shields and Johnathon O’Toole; brother, Tom; fiancé Michael Benedict; grandchildren, Tayber, Patrick, Lilly, Vesta, Lilly Ann and James. She is also survived by her extended family; Alissa, Michelle, Mellony, Chelsea, Margaret, Steven, Marlene, Dawn and Jimmy.So until we meet again Momma. . .love you forever and for always.Burial will be held Monday, October 29, 2012, at 3:00 p.m., Elysian Burial Gardens, 1075 E. 4580 S., Salt Lake City, Utah.
