“Beloved Son”Salt Lake City, UT-Simon passed away August 8, 2012. He was born in Salt Lake City, January 12, 1972 to June Buchanan Price and Herman Vasquez.Survived by his mother; stepfather; brother; 2 step-sisters; niece; and nephew, all from Oregon; plus numerous cousins, aunts and uncles on his mother’s side; and also, the love of his life and her two children from Utah.He is also survived by his father; stepmother; step-brother; step-sister; and numerous aunts; uncles; cousins, nieces and nephews, all from Utah. He was preceded in death by all grandparents and a step-brother.We’d like to thank all at Intermountain Shock and Trauma Center for their care of Simon and treating him with dignity.A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
