Stephanie W. VanOrman Obituary (1947 - 2007)

Our classy, loving mother, wife and friend passed away suddenly Fri., Jun. 22, 2007. She was born Dec. 5, 1947 to Joseph and Margie Groves Walker. She married Mark S. VanOrman Sept. 26th, 1967. Steph loved animals and was known for rescuing as many as she could. We will miss her laugh, her smile and her quick, witty sense of humor. She always had a nick name for everyone she met. Steph is survived by husband Mark, daughters Sasha and Elle and countless dear friends. Preceded in death by her parents and sister Suzy Walker. Perhaps they are not stars, but rather openings in heaven where the love of our lost ones pours through and shines down upon us to let us know they are happy. She'll be the brightest star up there now because she will be surrounded by all her friends and animals that have passed on. Graveside services will be held on Wed., Jun. 27th, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. in the Murray City Cemetery 5600 S. Vine Street, Murray UT. In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Humane Society of Utah, a charity to help homeless animals. She will never leave our hearts.
