Terri S. Pitts Obituary (1951 - 2013)

Terri Linn Schmidt Pitts, dear wife of 40 years and eternal companion of Michael Pitts, passed away peacefully in her home on June 25, 2013 surrounded by her family. She was born March 30, 1951. Terri and Michael were married in the Salt Lake Temple on November 3, 1972. Terri lived a life of service. She taught Seminary and also served an LDS Mission to Frankfurt, Germany 1994-1995. Along with her life of service, she had the honor of putting up with Mike. She is survived by her mother, Reva Kimball; her husband, J. Michael Pitts; her daughter, Kristi Pitts Murray (Alan); her brothers, George Schmidt, Scott Schmidt (Sally); Michael Schmidt (Karma); her grandsons, Justin T. Di Fabio (Rachael), Tyler A. Murray, Kai S. Murray; and her great-granddaughter, Cheri L. Di Fabio. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Ensign 18th North LDS Ward, 135 "A" Street, with a viewing from 9:30-10:45 a.m. A graveside service and burial will take place at the Utah Veterans' Memorial Park, 17111 S.
