Timothy Ralph Holt Obituary (1946 - 2014)

GONE FISHIN' ............. On April 8th 2014, our beloved son, brother, husband, father, uncle, grandpa and friend Timothy Ralph Holt passed away peacefully in his home with his caring and loving wife Kathy of 42 years by his side. He was the first born child to Ralph and Shirla Holt on Feb.10, 1946. He grew up in South Jordan Utah, being the proud big brother of 5 siblings. He graduated from Copperton's Bingham High School in 1964. He was a very hard and reliable worker, he dedicated 44 years of his life to his employer at Alliant Techsystems (ATK). Tim found great joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved spending time outdoors, especially with his family. He had a strong passion for fishing and hunting, as well as, gardening. He loved his family dearly and always gave his devoted and undivided time to them. Tim was involved in every aspect of his grandchildren's lives, he never missed a chance to celebrate a birthday or cheer them on at a game or an event. Tim was an ever so patient, loyal, generous, endearing, humble, meek, gentle loving, giant of a man who will be missed dearly by all who were so blessed to have known him. Tim's one of a kind attributes will always be cherished and never forgotten. Survived by his wife Kathy and children Robert (Deanna), Kaulana Muscolo, John (Candeece), Shirlayne (Kris) Harris, and Scott (Luci). His Mother Shirla and siblings Sandra Damjanovich, Rhea (Dave) Heaps, Blaine (Sandra), and Claudia (Brent) Dall. His 15 precious grandchildren, plus many nieces and nephews which he adored. Preceded in death by his father Ralph C. Holt and brother Christian R. Holt Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday April 14th 2014 at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W.
