VerLayne Shingleton Gledhill Donaldson Obituary (1932 - 2010)

VerLayne Shingleton Gledhill Donaldson passed away July 30, 2010 after a long illness which she fought courageously. She was born to Clifford R. Shingleton and Emma Marie Shingleton on June 4, 1932. She was a housewife extraordinaire, always kept a beautiful home, and cooked fantastic meals for her loved ones. She was a wonderful mother to Ric Gledhill (Kathy), Orlene Earle (Dave), and to her nephew Steve Mitchell. She was a faithful wife for 50 years to C. Stuart Donaldson who preceded her death. She was grandmother to Kristy Spencer (Will), Holly Hult (Mark), and Laurel Giles (Tadd). Her wishes were cremation followed by a simple graveside prayer. She will be interred at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 South Highland Drive. All who wish to say goodbye may join us at the graveside, Friday, August 6, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. There will be no other services.
