David Vincent Houser, 94, of Murray, Utah returned into the loving arms of his wife of 76 years on August 23, 2017. David and Maxine were married December 2, 1940 in Heber, Utah. David was born October 13, 1922 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Charles and Elsie Houser.\r\n\r\nDavid loved his family and was an excellent provider for them. He worked as a self-employed drywall contractor and served in World War II in the Army Air Corps. He was an avid pilot and loved flying his planes and enjoyed the outdoors.\r\n\r\nDavid is survived by his 4 children and their spouses; 13 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 23 great-great-grandchildren.\r\n\r\nThe family expresses their deep appreciation to the staff of Legacy House of Taylorsville and Aspire Hospice for their tender care.\r\n\r\nGraveside Services will be Tuesday, August 29, 2017, at 12 Noon at Murray City Cemetery. A viewing will be Tuesday from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 S. State Street.
