Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away peacefully from an age-related illness, on December 17, 2017 surrounded by his family.\r\n\r\nGlen was born August 4, 1936 to Ervin A. & Rachel (Brunson) Warner in Fillmore, Utah. Preceding him in death were his parents and 2 sisters, Christy (Whicker) & Shirley (Nixon). He is survived by Pearlene (Palmer), his wife of 61 years, brother Roger Gary and his children, Larry (Valecia), Lori (Ken) Brown, Dave (Catherine), 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.\r\n\r\nGlen graduated from West High School in Salt Lake City in 1954. He owned and operated Glen’s Polish & Paint for over 50 years, making many life-long friends, while providing exemplary service to the community. An avid outdoorsman with many trophy mounts currently on display at the Scheels Sporting Goods store in Sandy, Utah. Glen loved hunting, fishing, boating, gardening and maintaining his incredible greenhouse and exotic pheasant & pigeon coops that were beloved by his children and grandchildren. \r\n\r\nAfter retirement Glen and Pearlene traveled to every state in the Union, Alaska, Hawaii, every providence of Canada, New Zealand and Australia.\r\n\r\nDuring the last 17 years Glen & Pearlene have spent their winters in Arizona enjoying time with their friends.\r\n\r\nFuneral Services will consist of a viewing on Wednesday evening Dec. 20th from 6-8:00 pm, a viewing and memory share on Thursday December 21st from 10-11:00 am at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley 1007 W. South Jordan Pkwy. , South Jordan, Utah. Interment will be immediately following at the South Jordan City Cemetery located at 1055 West 10650 South.\r\n\r\nIn lieu of flowers make a donation in memory of Glen to a charity of your choice.
