“Little Flower”\nOn May 4, 2009, a beautiful Spring day, our angel, Jenn, peacefully passed from this life after a valiant fight with breast cancer.\nShe was born April 23, 1969, to Steven Noel Warr and Marsha Elizabeth Tilt Warr. She attended BYU, the U of U, and graduated from Salt Lake Community College with a degree in Graphic Design. During this time she met her future husband, and she and Joseph Bryan Jewkes were married August 27, 1992, in the Jordan River Temple. During their school years, they had some great opportunities together including serving internships in Washington D.C. Jenn’s work there was as a graphic designer for the Senate Republican Conference.\nTogether Bryan and Jennifer are the parents of 2 sons: Joseph Steven and Samuel Bryan. She adored her family and spent many hours playing with and teaching and training them. Jenn surrounded herself with beauty, and much of it was of her own creation. She had a knack for growing things – flowers and plants, and friend and family relationships, too. She looked for the good in everyone, and was loved in return by many.\nShe had a strong faith in the Lord, and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She served in many callings including ward Young Women’s President, Relief Society President, and most recently as a Primary teacher. She taught Primary until just 3 weeks before her passing, and greatly loved all her Primary girls.\nShe is survived by her husband, her 2 sons, her parents, her grandfather, Lloyd V. Tilt; and her siblings: Andrew, Suzanne (Tracy) White, Edward (Joanna), Thomas (Kayoko). She also is survived by Bryan’s siblings: Karalee (Melvin) Questereit, MelAnnie (Burton) Vick, Nathan (Yukari), Jennifer (John) Ford, Justin (Kerry), Emily (Keith) Perrnoud, David (Erin), and Johnny (Pamela); also by Aimee Jewkes and Josh Amaro, and by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.\nMany thanks to Dr. Saundra Buys and Janet Bloch of the Huntsman Cancer Institute for their kind and caring service to Jenn during the last 6 years.\nFuneral services will be held at River View Stake Center, 12101 South 700 West, Draper, Utah, on Friday, May 8, 2009, at 12 noon. Her viewing will be at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. So. Jordan Parkway (10600 S.) on Thursday, May 7, from 6-8 p.m. and Friday morning from 10:30-11:30 a.m. at the church. Interment will be at Larkin Sunset Gardens.\nCharitable donations may be made in Jenn’s memory to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
