Levi E. Porter returned to his Heavenly Father June 20, 2007 after battling Prostate Cancer. He was born February 3, 1955. He married Camille Richardson in the Salt Lake Temple on June 6, 1981, together they raised three sons. Levi was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and brother. He loved life, his family and the Lord. He battled many health challenges and was a 28 year kidney transplant survivor. He was the owner operator of Porterbilt Equipment. He will be greatly missed.\n\nSurvived by his wife, children; Jason (Tessie), Elder Michael Porter, Jonathan Porter, granddaughter, Kaili, brother, Elwood Porter, sisters; Loretta Norman, Belle Lowell, Valeria McNiven and foster mother, Bea Goddard.\n\nFuneral Services will be held Monday, June 25, 2007, 10:00 am at the Golden Meadows 2nd Ward, 13400 So. 2700 W., Riverton, Utah. Friends and Family may call Sunday, June 24, 2007, from 6-8 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley. 1007 W. South Jordan Parkwy, (10600 So.) and Monday from 9-9:45 am prior to the services at the church. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to assist the family with expenses. Interment, Otto Cemetery, Otto, Wyoming.
