“May Her Memory Be Eternal”\nMadge Coon Condos passed away July 21, 2007. She was born December 14, 1926 in Garfield, Utah to George A and Florence Smith Coon.\nShe graduated from Cyprus High School where she was editor of the school paper, a member of the American Drum and Bugle Corps. She was also a War Bond Queen.\nShe married George Condos, Jr. on January 19, 1946 in Salt Lake City. They were married 60 years.\nShe was a member of the Greek Orthodox Church. She participated in the festival boutique for many years. As a talented painter, seamstress, chef and doll maker, she donated her works of love to various charities.\nMadge is survived by her children; Trudy (Jerry) Hosler, Scott (Phyllis) Condos, Angella Condos and her beloved niece; Stephanie (Jesse) Diggs, 7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and her brother Ward Coon.\nA special thanks to Alta Ridge Assisted Living and Millcreek Hospice. Your exemplary care was an inspiration to all. A big thank you to Gordon – your love and support means more than words can say.\nDonations may be made to the Holy Trinity Restoration Fund.\nFuneral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 27, 2007 at the Prophet Elias Greek Orthodox Church, 5335 So. Highland Drive. A viewing will be held from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State Street. Interment at Murray City Cemetery.
