Sandra Kay Cooper, 60, of Evanston, Wyoming, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010. She was born June 4, 1949 in Dallas, Texas to parents, Floyd and Vera Scoggins.\n\nSandra is survived by her husband, Jeff Cooper, who cherished her and was a loving and caring soul mate during her lengthy illness. She also leaves to cherish her memory her loving and only daughter, Christi Lynn Cadis Pennington; two grandsons, King Blair Pennington and wife, Carolyn, and John Mark Pennington; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Frances & Clyde King and Wyveda & Ray Dowdy; many nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as her precious dachshund, Hildy, and her Brittany Spaniel, Duke.\n\nOur world is diminished by Sandra’s passing. She was loved by all whom she touched, as she loved them. Sandra will be always remembered by her sincere smile, kind heart, and outgoing personality. A heartfelt thank you to our Pastor Paul Nebeker and our family at Aspen Groves Baptist Church. Your prayers lifted Sandra up on many occasions. Paul’s frequent visits always gave comfort, hope and peace with God.\n\nMemorial services to be held in Dallas, Texas at a date yet to be determined.
