Shari Spencer Obituary (1967 - 2006)

OUR SPECIAL ANGEL Our special angel, Shari Spencer, age 39, passed away Sunday, November 5, 2006, following surgical complications. Shari was born January 16, 1967, Murray, Utah, to Kenneth A. and Francene N. Spencer. Her life was filled with many challenges, but She always had a smile on her face and was always laughing. She was a resident of the Utah State Training School in American Fork, Utah, from January, 1971, until June, 1996, when she moved closer to her family with the Danville Group in Salt Lake City, Utah until her death. The oldest of six children, she is survived by her parents, Ken and Francene of South Jordan, Wade (Susan), brother, West Valley City, Janae (David) Young, sister, Sandy, Jaren (Ambyr) South Jordan, Justin (Jill), South Jordan, Weston (Natalie), South Jordan, four nieces and ten nephews. The family expresses deepest thanks and appreciation for all the dedication, love, and service rendered through all these years in Shari’s behalf from the Utah State Training School and the Danville Group. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2006, 11:00 am at South Jordan River Ridge Seventh Ward, 10200 South 1300 West, South Jordan, Utah. A viewing will be held Tuesday, November 7, 2006 from 6 to 8 pm at Jenkins-Soffe South Valley, 1007 W. South Jordan Parkway (10600 So.) and on Wednesday from 9:45 am to 10:45 am at the church.
