"Our Hearts Will Go On"\n\n\nOur Beloved Wife and Mother, Susan, passed away after several months of complications due to blood clots on Sunday morning, February 19, 2006.\n\nShe is survived by her loving husband Robert and her children—Mark, Brittani, and David. Also mourning her passing are her parents, Charles (Nancy) Klukas of Gwinn, MI; Robert’s parents, Janet (Doug) Hendriksen of Gwinn, MI; Vicky (Ralph) Burkhardt of Kearns, UT; and Edwin (Adeline) Grayum of Taylorsville, UT; sister, Dee (Larry) Whittington; brother, Bryan (Shannon) Klukas; sisters-in-law, Victoria (Anthony) Forster, Maylene Burkhardt, and Heather Courtney; brothers-in-law, Jaesen (Jamie) Peterson, Louis Burkhardt, and Raegen Peterson; and several nieces & nephews.\n\nSusan was a loving and devoted woman who was dedicated to serving others, whether it was in her profession of 18 years as a nurse, in her church callings, or the supporting of the troops in her husband’s unit. Susan was awarded several certificates and the Molly Pritchard Award for service. We will miss her sensitivity, love and artistic sense. Her drive to make others happy and her ability to calm anyone who needed it was remarkable. It will drive all of us to be better people so that we may see her again at the throne of God.\n\nWe would like to express our overwhelming gratitude to the staff of Jordan Valley Hospital for their efforts to not only ease Susan’s final hours, but to comfort us in our time of loss.\n\nMemorial services will be held Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. at the Kearns 1st Ward, 4575 W. 5415 So., where friends may call one hour prior to services. \n\nThere has been a trust fund established at the America First Credit Union on behalf of Susan Hendriksen.
