Thayne William Tenney passed away Wednesday January 9th 2019. He was born in SLC on October 29th 1965 to Gordan and Patricia Tenney (Deceased). He graduated from Granite High School in 1984 where the whole Tenney Clan would show up to watch him play football. Thayne was passionate about the outdoors and spent most of his days gardening and enjoying the birds in his backyard with his best friend Snoopy. He used his natural green thumb and was nominated for best yard on more than one occasion. Thayne was an amazing Grandfather to his grandchildren and loved them with his whole heart. He also loved building model trains and cities. He worked for UPS for 34 years having 32 years of safe driving and held many honors for his hard work ethic. He enjoyed traveling the world with his wife Camille of 25 years who he loved eternally. Thayne excelled as a craftsman and would build anything he needed and could fix everything that was broken. He had a very large heart and had a great sense of humor.\r\n\r\nThayne is survived by his wife Camille, his children; Karis, Nicholas, and Amanda. His grandchildren; Elijah, Cash, Jaxton, Addison, Ellie, and Gunner, as well as 6 siblings. He is preceded in dead by his brother Steve.\r\n\r\nThere will be a celebration of life for Thayne held at Jenkins Soffe South Valley on Sunday Jan 13th, 1007 West South Jordan Pkwy, (10600 So.) South Jordan, Utah 84095. Visitation for friends and family will be at 1pm and a service will follow at 2pm.\r\n\r\nAny arrangements can be sent to the funeral home. Thayne was very passionate about flowers and would appreciate the view. \r\n\r\nWe love you and will miss you Thayne!
